Waltercio Caldas é um dos artistas mais instigantes da arte contemporânea brasileira. Desde os anos 70 atua de forma exemplar construindo objetos que inquietam o nosso olhar. Estes, somados aos livros de artistas e às esculturas, que se desdobram em instalações, tornam-se a marca de sua atuação, legitimada pela crítica, pelos galeristas e pelo público que freqüenta o meio artístico nacional e internacional. The Manueline. Portuguese Art during the Great Discoveries
The Manueline: Portuguese Art during the Great Discoveries reveals the splendours of an era that brought Portugal into the Modern Age. Against the backdrop of fruitful maritime exploration, King Manuel I and the Church launched a golden era of artistic patronage without precedent in the Portuguese kingdom.
