Currículo e Prática Docente no Ensino Médio Integrado
Este livro é fruto de Dissertação desenvolvida no âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (ProfEPT) do Instituto Federal do Maranhão, campus São Luís – Monte Castelo, cujo objeto, inserido na área de Ensino, diz respeito ao estudo do Currículo e da Prática Docente no Ensino Médio Integrado. A pesquisa teve como lócus o Colégio Universitário (COLUN) da Universidade Federal do Maranhão e como sujeitos os docentes e discentes do curso Técnico em Administração integrado ao Ensino Médio. Deste trabalho resultou um produto educacional elaborado com base nos eixos estruturantes do ensino politécnico e intitulado "Projeto Integrador: uma proposta pedagógica para o Ensino Médio Integrado", que também faz parte deste livro. Para nos guiarmos no processo de investigação, utilizamos a abordagem teórico-metodológica do materialismo histórico-dialético, aliada à técnica da pesquisa participante. Por fim, fizemos a análise do material textual resultante da coleta de dados por meio das técnicas da Análise Textual Discursiva.

Este trabalho aborda a luta dos posseiros de Formoso e Trombas, região invadida duas vezes - a primeira logo após o golpe de 1964 por tropas da polícia e do Exército e a segunda em 1971 pelo Exército - e a participação do Partido Comunista Brasileiro por meio de seus militantes, analisando a penetração do capitalismo no campo no período 1950-1964. São avaliadas a estratégia política e a questão agrária no período 1945-1964 e a organização dos posseiros.
