ICOLEG 2021
We proudly present the proceedings of 2nd International Conference on Law, Economic and Governance 2021 (ICOLEG 2021). It focuses on how the wave of digitalization influences the ethics and law, especially in Law and Democracy, Law and Indigenous People, Law in Contemporary Issues, Law and Economics, Digital Economics, Good Governance etc. As we know, the world today is changing and the world we are facing now is the one where everything is connected. The contemporary social issues based on complex problems, complex interest, beyond borders and powers. More than 125 manuscripts from various countries were presented at this conference with around 66 of them selected to be published in proceedings. We hope by this conference, discussions on how research on Law, Economic and Government is possible in a disruptive era will give a perspective for the social and humanities studies development.

Berdasarkan kepustakaan, Ilmu Hukum dikenal dengan nama “Jurisprudence”, dimana berasal dari kata “jus”, “juris” yang berarti hukum atau hak, dan “prudence” yang berarti melihat ke depan atau mempunyai keahlian. Arti yang umum dari jurisprudence ini adalah ilmu yang mempelajari hukum. Cara Mudah Memahami Hukum Kepariwisataan (Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 dan Peraturan Pelaksanaannya)
Bila calon wisatawan akan berkunjung ke Indonesia, pertama, mereka akan mengurus dokumen perjalanan. Kemudian, memesan dan membeli tiket baik pesawat, kapal laut maupun transportasi darat. Setelah tiba di Indonesia, mereka harus berhubungan dengan keimigrasian. Lalu, perjalanan menuju hotel (akomodasi), restoran, mengunjungi berbagai daya tarik wisata, menukar uang mereka dengan rupiah, berbelanja, menggunakan berbagai fasilitas baik fasilitas umum maupun fasilitas pariwisata, berkomunikasi sampai dengan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat dan seterusnya haruslah mematuhi hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kepariwisataan bersifat multidimensi dan multidisiplin yang sarat dengan lalu lintas hukum. Artinya, banyak masalah hukum yang harus dapat dipahami agar pelaksanaan kepariwisataan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan adalah dasar hukum bagi pelaksanaan kepariwisataan di Indonesia. Untuk dapat mengimplementasikan hukum kepariwisataan tersebut, dibutuhkan metode atau cara yang mudah agar bisa dipahami oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan di bidang kepariwisataan.
A Synthesis of Time
This book is an anthropological investigation into the different forms the economy assumes, and the different purposes it serves, when conceived from the perspective of Islamic micro-finance as a field of everyday practice. It is based on long-term ethnographic research in Java, Indonesia, with Islamic foundations active in managing zakat and other charitable funds, for purposes of poverty alleviation. The book explores the social foundations of contemporary Islamic practices that strive to encompass the economic within an expanded domain of divine worship and elucidates the effects such encompassment has on time, its fissure and synthesis. In order to elaborate on the question of time, the book looks beyond anthropology and Islamic studies, engaging attentively, critically and productively with the post-structuralist work of G. Deleuze, M. Foucault and J. Derrida, three of the most important figures of the temporal turn in contemporary philosophy.
