Excerpt from League of Library Commissions Year-Book: 1912 Three numbers of the Year-book of Library Commissions were published by the League, - in 1906, 1907, and 1908. In 1910, a Handbook was published. This gave a history of Commission work and of the League, and a full account of each Commission. It was planned to supplement this by annual Year-books, but none was published in 1911, as the subject-matter had not yet been definitely settled. In 1912, a Committee of the League made a report on what the Year-book should contain, and the Secretary was instructed to compile one.
