CONDUTAS MÉDICAS RESTRITIVAS E DIREITO À MORTE DIGNA NO BRASIL
A temática da ortotanásia veio à tona no debate jurídico brasileiro com a edição da Resolução nº 1.805/2006 pelo Conselho Federal de Medicina, ao passar a reconhecer a eticidade das condutas médicas restritivas (ou ortotanásia) quando se trata de pacientes portadores de doença em estado terminal ou de enfermidade grave e incurável. A Resolução em comento trouxe consigo uma forte controvérsia jurídica acerca da aplicabilidade de tal recurso médico em casos concretos, tendo em vista que a norma editada pelo Conselho Federal de Medicina é meramente administrativa e, portanto, deve se submeter às normas infraconstitucionais pátrias e à Constituição Federal.

Applications of Evolutionary Computation
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Workshops on the Applications of Evolutionary Computation, EvoApplications 2010, held in Istanbul, Turkey, in April 2010 colocated with the Evo* 2010 events. Thanks to the large number of submissions received, the proceedings for EvoApplications 2010 are divided across two volumes (LNCS 6024 and 6025). The present volume contains contributions for EvoCOMNET, EvoENVIRONMENT, EvoFIN, EvoMUSART, and EvoTRANSLOG.
