En tal sentido, este libro es la convergencia de los esfuerzos de múltiples sectorespara ubicar a los jóvenes como actores transformadores de los procesos urbanos y de los tratados que surgen para su mejora, fundamentalmente la Nueva Agenda Urbana y la Agenda 2030.
