Mempersiapkan Generasi Emas sejak dalam Kandungan
Perencanaan kehamilan yang sehat harus dilakukan sebelum masa kehamilan. Proses kehamilan yang direncanakan dengan baik, maka akan berdampak positif pada kondisi janin dan adaptasi fisik dan psikologis dari ibu menjadi lebih baik. Perlu adanya perencanaan kehamilan yang sehat untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita. Upaya yang dilakukan meliputi melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan, memperhatikan asupan gizi, mengonsumsi multivitamin selama kehamilan, menghindari paparan asap rokok, olahraga, istirahat yang cukup. Perlu adanya perencanaan kehamilan yang sehat untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita. Selain itu, persalinan yang aman dan minim komplikasi juga mendukung tumbuh kembang optimal bagi bayi. Tumbuh kembang pada anak juga dipengaruhi dari pola asuh orang tua serta nutrisi yang dibutuhkan anak, sehingga perlu diperhatikan agar tumbuh kembang anak menjadi optimal. Buku ini akan membahas terkait tumbuh kembang anak yang dimulai sejak kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, serta nutrisi dan imuniasi pada anak. Harapannya, buku ini dapat menjadi tambahan pengetahuan dan referensi bagi pembaca sehingga dapat mempersiapkan generasi emas sejak dalam kandungan.
