One of the consequences of recent changes in Czech society and education is that schools are more than ever expected to be able to gain support for their activities, searching for them over and above the regular extra-school grant resources. Mezigenerační učení
Mezigeneračnost je jedním z nejpřirozenějších aspektů učení, jež nás provází po celý život. Jsme zvyklí, že mezi učícím se a tím, kdo učí, je často výraznější věkový rozdíl. Obecně se předpokládá, že právě tento rozdíl zajistí dostatek informací, podnětů a zkušeností, jež mohou učícího se obohatit. V této knize se snažíme tuto „samozřejmost“ mezigeneračního učení zproblematizovat. Ukazujeme, že učební situace, v nichž se setkávají lidé z odlišných generací, jsou specifické v řadě ohledů: z hlediska obsahů učení, aktivity jednotlivých aktérů při poskytování a přijímání učebních podnětů, různorodostí učebních situací a příležitostí k nim. Aktéři mezigeneračního učení musí čelit různým výzvám, ale zároveň si mohou odnášet specifické benefity. Tuto specifičnost rozkrýváme v rovině teoretické, ale zejména empiricky výzkumem mezigeneračního učení v různých sociálních prostředích: ve škole, na pracovišti a v komunitách.
