Burgess Lyman Frandsen, son of Peter Niels Frandsen and Caroline Simpsen, was born in 1888 in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. He married Ida Elizabeth Anderson, daughter of Peter Anderson and Elsie Margaret Poulsen, in 1913 in Manti, Utah. They had seven children. He died in 1980 in Price, Utah.
