Obstetrical and Gynaecological Case Records and Commentaries
About obstetrical and gynecological cases in Hospital UKM (HUKM) in 1999. The obstetric studies include cases with antepartum haemorrhage, preeclampsia with intrauterine growth, restriction, assisted vacuum delivery in chronic rheumatic heart disease patient, delivery via caesarean in primigravida at postdates with fetal distress and vaginal delivery of twin pregnancy. Gnycology studies include cases on ruptured ectopic pregrancy, second degree utero-vaginal prolapsed, endometriosis and carcinoma of cervic. The thesis also mentioned about hysterectomy pattern at the Hospital.

Discusses pattern of 17 years of perinatal review in UKM Obstetrics Unit since 1983. The obstetrics studies included cases with multigravida with severe pre-eclampsia, occipito-posterior position and major placenta praevia. Gnycology studies include cases with dysgerminoma of left ovary-stage I C, ruptured left tubal pregnancy, carcinoma of cervic stage I B and Bartholin{u2019}s absess-marsupuliazation. The thesis study on benign varian tumour among women in HUKM in 1999.
