The theme of the conference is "Reconstructing Morals, Education, and Social Sciences for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals". This theme was formulated due to several considerations. First, the symptoms of moral decline that have the potential to destroy the nation. Morals guide humanity towards truth and civilization. The phenomenon of the dehumanization process in the industrial era that pushed people to be part of abstract societies tends to ignore humanity. The education process as a humanitarian system is increasingly marginalized, especially during discussions about the industrial revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. The conference placed six sub-themes for speakers and participants to share ideas, namely: Social Sciences and Laws, History and Cultural Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, Morals and Humanities, Policy, Politics, and Communication, Education. The committee has received 195 abstracts from prospective speakers. However, there are only 80 abstracts that are eligible to be presented at this conference.

This book is a comprehensive guide for all tissue bank operators to screen, procure and process amniotic membrane for clinical application.The amnion comes close to being the ideal biological membrane or dressing — readily available, inexpensive to procure and process. Its basic science is discussed in detail — anatomy, biological and biomechanical properties.It can be procured from the placenta in normal vaginal deliveries and from Caesarean Sections. Processing is by freeze-drying or by air-drying process with sterilisation using gamma irradiation.The product has low antigenicity, has anti-microbial properties with ability to enhance epithelisation with marked relief of pain. It is useful as a dressing for wounds — flap wounds, burn wounds, injury wounds, diabetic ulcers, leprous ulcers and post-surgery wounds and post-radiation wounds. It is also used as a biological scaffold for cells in tissue engineering. Its ophthalmic applications include treatment of corneal ulcers and conjunctival tumours. Oral uses include gingiva depigmentation and periodontal regeneration.

Betapa sang Pahlawan yang telah mengorbankan segalanya untuk kemerdekaan RI ternyata telah "disia-siakan oleh bangsanya sendiri..."

Önsöz Endonezya Mütalâaları dizisine devam ederken serinin adını değiştirdik: Endonezya Sohbetleri ve Huzur Dersleri yaptık. Çocukluk arkadaşım emekli Türkçe öğretmeni Mahmut Yıldırım “mütalâa” yerine “sohbet” sözcüğünün daha uygun olacağını söyledi. Kitaba ad olarak Endonezya İzlenimleri, Endonezya Yazıları, Endonezya Üzerine Notlar ve Anılar, Endonezya Gözlemleri, Tespitler, Anılar, Sohbetler önerilerini yaptı. Ben de Osmanlı Türkçesine hayran olmama rağmen onu dinledim ve serinin adını değiştirdim. Umarım böyle daha iyi olur. Endonezya bir ülke midir? Elbette bir ülkedir ama bir ülkeden daha fazlası vardır. Endonezya bir kıta...
