Inter-Arab Relations in the Post-Peace Era
Changes in inter-Arab relations that might occur as a result of a diplomatic resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict are examined in this study. It addresses both regional and sub-regional levels, the latter comprising the Gulf Cooperation Council states, and non-Arab Iran, and the Levant (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Israel). Possible policy changes are assessed in the wider context of the post-Cold War era as well as in the aftermath of the Gulf crisis. Finally, the author examines the impact of varying roles by Iraq and neighboring Iran on regional and sub-regional relations. Some attention is paid to the possible impacts of Arab-Israeli peace on internal politics in key Arab countries.

Russian-American Relations
This is a collective endeavour to highlight the role of Islam in the emerging pattern of relations between Russia and the United States.
