Sabah is generally known for its ecotourism, biodiversity and natural resources. It is a major oil palm planter in Malaysia. While there are books written on the ecological and economical aspects of the oil palm industry, there is no book written specifically on the treatment processes of palm oil mill effluent. This book is written based on a year study case in a medium-sized palm oil mill in the northern region of Sabah. It is written in the simplest way of expression and accompanied by many photos and diagrams to ease understanding.
