Estudo de jurimetria Golpes Digitais
Este estudo apresenta uma análise detalhada de 351 processos julgados pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJSP) no período entre 2020 e 2023. Ao todo, identificamos 38 (trinta e oito) modalidades diferentes de golpes na internet julgados pelo tribunal. Optamos por fazer um recorte dos 8 (oito) mais frequentes e que geram maior impacto na Corte Paulista. A pesquisa detalhada e estruturada desses casos fornece insights valiosos sobre as táticas utilizadas pelos golpistas, as defesas jurídicas empregadas pelas vítimas e as tendências emergentes no cenário de fraudes digitais. Portanto, o objetivo foi revelar cenários sobre a jurimetria dos golpes que ainda não são conhecidos pelas pessoas envolvidas no tema, com a finalidade de descobrir tendências e estratégias, seja para defender o direito à reparação de danos das vítimas ou das empresas que atuam como réus na maioria destes processos.

This timely desk reference focuses on marine-derived bioactive substances which have biological, medical and industrial applications. The medicinal value of these marine natural products are assessed and discussed. The Blood Brain Barrier and Inflammation
This PIR volume presents a comprehensive collection of reviews that focus on the role of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) during steady-state and inflamed conditions. Within the central nervous system (CNS) the constantly changing bloodstream is strictly separated from the CNS parenchyma by the BBB. However, viruses, bacteria, parasites and auto-aggressive immune cells can penetrate the barrier and significantly contribute to CNS inflammation.
