Le Groupe nominal et la construction de la référence
L'enseignement du français langue première, comme celui d’autres langues, vivantes ou mortes, n’offre guère aux apprenants la possibilité de construire des représentations métalinguistiques transférables d’une langue à l’autre. Élaborer une métalangue à partir de concepts communs à différentes langues enseignées, tout en respectant leur diversité, faciliterait les apprentissages. L’enseignant pourrait ainsi prendre appui sur l’activité métalinguistique des apprenants, guidée et structurée. Pour le montrer, cet ouvrage a choisi d’aborder une question peu traitée dans les grammaires scolaires, mais dont les implications didactiques sont nombreuses, tant en production qu'en compréhension: la relation entre les constituants du groupe nominal et la construction de la référence.
