Ellos son: el conflicto armado interno en nuestro país que pese a los procesos de paz concluidos e iniciados, continúan las manifestaciones de violencia en todo nuestro territorio. ¿por qué existe, cómo se debe acabar, qué pueden hacer ellos para contribuir a que cese la guerra?, ¿por qué los colombianos somos más pobres en la medida en que pasa el tiempo?, ¿cual es el impacto que tienen estas manifestaciones de violencia sobre el desarrollo de nuestra gente?; ¿por qué la gente hace política diciendo que no son políticos?; ¿qué hay que hacer para acabar con la corrupción en nuestro país?; ¿qué es el Derecho Internacional Humanitario, qué relación tiene con los Derechos Humanos y para qué sirven?
Competencias disputadas: jurisdicción indígena y jurisdicción ordinaria en Colombia
La Constitución Nacional reconoce el derecho de las autoridades indígenas para ejercer funciones jurisdiccionales dentro de su ámbito territorial, de conformidad con sus propias normas y procedimientos. Una profusa jurisprudencia de las Altas Cortes colombianas ha ido determinando los contornos de esta función jurisdiccional, las materias sobre las que se aplica y los límites a los que se ve sometida. De similar manera, en este conjunto de sentencias se han ido trazando los criterios de competencia que determinan cuándo un delito es juzgado por la jurisdicción ordinaria y cuándo por la jurisdicción especial indígena. Esta obra hace un recuento de las reglas dogmáticas que se aplican en estos casos, restituye los debates conceptuales y doctrinales que han generado fricciones y compara el ámbito de aplicación del derecho propio indígena con el de los otros países del mundo andino.

The Papillomaviruses

To date, more than 70 HPV types have been identified, of which over 15 have been reported in cervical cancer biopsies. Worldwide, cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in women.
