A single-stock was included in this inter-benchmark: North Sea Autumn Spawning (NSAS) herring (her.27.3a47d). This inter-benchmark process was put forward because of: 1) newly available natural mortality values and 2) a discrepancy in the handling of natural mortality (M). The Working Group on Governance of the Regional Database & Estimation System (WGRDBESGOV) provides the governance function for both the existing Regional Database (RDB) and the new Regional Database & Estimation System (RDBES) that is currently in development. It is composed of representatives from ICES member countries and EU Regional Coordination Groups (RCGs). In this report the WGRDBESGOV reviews the RDBES developments performed during 2021 and plans for the work required in 2022 and beyond. About Trees considers our relationship with language, landscape, perception, and memory in the Anthropocene. The book includes texts and artwork by a stellar line up of contributors including Jorge Luis Borges, Andrea Bowers, Ursula K. Le Guin, Ada Lovelace and dozens of others.
