Hace tiempo que la Asociación Iberoamericana de Docencia Universitaria en México (AIDU México), se planteó promover la creación de sesiones de trabajo sobre temas específicos de la educación media superior y superior en tiempos de pandemia, lo hizo a través de la organización de video charlas de agosto a septiembre del 2020. La intención fue construir un espacio de diálogo y reflexión con los docentes y alumnos de educación media y superior, todo con respecto a las situaciones de emergencia desarrolladas en el confinamiento derivado de la pandemia COVID-19.

Nueva cultura educativa. Los sistemas educativos estatales
Esta obra trata del diseño e implementación de un proyecto de política educativa, cuyo objetivo estratégico es la mejora de los aprendizajes y del papel que juegan los actores de la estructura intermedia en la consecución de tal propósito. Es una experiencia de trabajo conjunto entre gobierno federal, gobiernos estatales, academia y equipo de supervisión escolar. Usando como eje la intervención en la supervisión escolar, este proyecto se sitúa en la dirección de consolidar habilidades, conocimientos e infraestructura para generar y procesar información, trabajar colaborativamente, distribuir el liderazgo, compartir responsabilidades, rendir cuentas, y tener al núcleo pedagógico como objetivo de intervención. Sobre la base de estudios sociológicos y de políticas públicas, se construye una perspectiva analítica en la que se considera que innovaciones como la del Fogise requieren legitimar una nueva cultura educativa, lo que supone desarrollar nuevos estilos de gobernar (gobernanza o gobernabilidad democrática) en el Estado y en el sistema educativo.
Church On the Water, Church of the Light
These two small and exquisite churches by Tadao Ando - one rural and 'open', the other urban and 'enclosed' - complement each other perfectly and together provide an insight into Ando's creation of sacred space. The Church on the Water occupies an idyllic pastoral site and consists of two squares, one large, one small, that overlap and are arranged facing a man-made pool. The Church of the Light is built in a quiet residential area of Osaka. Here Ando explores the spiritual force of the effects of sunlight on raw concrete. Slits cut in the form of a cross perforate the chapel's front wall; when lit up by the morning sun they create what Ando describes as a 'cross of light'. With these two churches, Ando provides a synthesis of opposites, creating spaces that attain a purity and calm through powerful architectonic forms.
Educational Technology
Sponsored by the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT), this book presents a definition of the field of study and practice known as educational technology or instructional technology.
