Ritengo di avere scritto un libro che sara' interessante per tutti i giuristi e le persone in qualche modo coinvolte direttamente nelle vicende della ILVA di Taranto. Ho inteso raccontare il mio lavoro svolto negli anni 2006-2008 come Presidente della Commissione IPPC che aveva , fra l'altro, il compito di formulare le prescrizioni in materia ambientale per lo stabilimento siderurgico stabilimento ILVA. Fui nominato con un decreto ministeriale da Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio e fui revocato in base ad un decreto legge scritto appositamente dal Governo Berlusconi perche' stavo svolgendo il mio lavoro rispettando le leggi.
