Pelanggaran kode etik menjadi permasalahan dalam kenotariatan sehingga perlunya diberikan bentuk-bentuk penerapan sanksi serta penegasan upaya hukum apabila melaksanakan pelanggaran kode etik bagi jabatan notaris. Menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk penerapan sanksi bagi notaris yang melakukan pelanggaran etik diatur sesuai regulasi UUJN meliputi sanksi perdata dan administratif maupun sanksi yang regulasinya tidak dimuat dalam UUJN seperti sanksi pidana dan sanksi kode etik yang berasal dari organisasi ini sehingga perlunya ditegakkan secara tegas atas pelanggaran agar mendapatkan efek jera serta dibutuhkannya peran secara aktif terhadap Dewan Kehormatan dalam pembinaan serta pengawasan kepada notaris, tidak sekedar menanti adanya laporan dari masyarakat. Buku ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi dan informasi bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan.
