NugrahaAbdee, Lahir di Bogor pada 11 Januari 1990. Besar di lingkungan pesantren, la tidak serta merta hanya bergelut di bidang keagamaan. Sastra dijadikan media untuk berhubungan dengan manusia lainnya dan Tuhan. Sejak masa-masa kuliah, ia sering meminta rekomendasi ke beberapa teman dan kenalan-beberapa di antaranya wartawan dan sastrawan-tentang buku puisi yang layak untuk diajarkan di sekolah. Kriteria yang ditanyakan adalah buku puisi tanpa ada kata-kata 'kasar' dan 'jorok'. Sayangnya hampir semua yang ditanya tak mampu menjawab dengan memuaskannya. Alasan mensyaratkan kriteria tersebut adalah karena profesinya saat ini seorang guru. Sayang sekali bila murid-murid harus mengonsumsi buku puisi yang berisi kriteria tadi. Sangat disayangkan pula bila buku dengan kriteria tersebut tak pernah ada, karena akan mengurangi totalitas guru dalam mengajarkan puisi kepada murid. Sementara puisi mau tidak mau harus diajarkan kepada murid.

Membaca Alufiru Biru sebagai rangsangan untuk bercerita dan bercengkrama dengan rasa dan kosakata arkais. Memori yang dirasa tiba saat membaca sebagai kajian sederhana memadukan antara cinta dan kejujuran. Bila berpuisi hanya untuk mengatakan sesuatu dengan sesuatu yang berbeda, maka puisi-puisi di buku ini sangat rentan untuk menjadi hal lain dengan pemaknaan sederhana dari pembacanya. Walau kita seperti diajak mendengar curhatan abstrak penulis untuk dipaksa terus meceritakan kisah yang sepertinya hanya ia sendiri yang tahu. Tapi cerita yang disajikan harus benar-benar mendapatkan kedalaman pemahaman agar puisinya tidak seperti rahasia pribadi.

There has been a dramatic demographic shift from rural areas to cities in sub-Saharan African countries over the last few decades. This continuing urbanisation trend has created new challenges for local governments in terms of managing urban services, since over half of the city streets in these countries have no names or addresses, and the problem is particularly acute in the poorest neighbourhoods. Asian Water Development Outlook 2016
The Asian Water Development Outlook charts progress in water security in Asia and the Pacific over the past 5 years. This 2016 edition of the report uses the latest available data to assess water security in five key dimensions: household access to piped potable water and improved sanitation, economic water security, providing better urban water services to build more livable cities, restoring healthy rivers and ecosystems, and resilience to water disasters. The region shows a positive trend in strengthening water security since the 2013 edition of the report, when 38 out of 49 countries were assessed as water-insecure. In 2016, that number dropped to 29 out of 48 countries. This study was supported by ADB’s Water Financing Partnership Facility.
