Pour faire face aux nombreux défis de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (SST) et de prévention des blessures, des chercheurs universitaires de la Chaire en gestion de la santé et de la sécurité du travail de l'Université Laval se sont regroupés pour produire Problématiques en émergence et stratégies d'intervention. Ce livre rend compte de quelques-uns des nombreux travaux conduits par les professeurs-chercheurs de cette Chaire, travaux qui abordent des sujets qui sont tous d'actualité dans le monde du travail. Pour mieux saisir les enjeux qui se posent, cet ouvrage se présente en deux parties comprenant chacune cinq textes. On y traite en première partie de sujets qui sont appelés à prendre de l'ampleur dans le contexte actuel : les problématiques en émergence en santé et en sécurité du travail. La seconde partie porte sur les stratégies de prévention nécessaires pour améliorer la performance des organisations en matière de santé et de sécurité du travail. Ce livre s'adresse à un large public, mais aussi aux étudiants, chercheurs, professeurs, spécialistes en santé et en sécurité du travail ainsi qu'aux conseillers et responsables syndicaux.
