O trabalho concentra-se em casos de violência física, a forma mais comum de agressão no ambiente doméstico, conforme dados do Ministério da Saúde. A questão central é identificar as formas de violência doméstica que mais afetam essas mulheres. Além disso, a pesquisa destaca, entre outras recomendações, a importância de campanhas de conscientização e da implementação de um protocolo único para o atendimento às vítimas.
