Manoel de Oliveira Erhardt é um renomado jurista, magistrado e professor brasileiro, nascido em 1953 na cidade de Gravatá, Pernambuco. Graduou-se em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) em 1976 e, desde 1990, exerce o cargo de professor efetivo na tradicional Faculdade de Direito do Recife, onde se destacou por lecionar disciplinas de Direito Administrativo e outras áreas ligadas tanto ao direito público quanto ao direito privado. É membro da Academia Pernambucana de Letras Jurídicas.Ao longo de décadas de uma carreira jurídica sólida e exemplar, Manoel Erhardt desempenhou diversas funções de grande relevância. Atuou como Advogado de Ofício da Justiça Militar, Juiz de Direito em Pernambuco, Juiz Auditor da Justiça Militar Federal e Procurador da República.
