She describes her WASP training at Avenger Field, Sweetwater, Texas, and her work at Randolph Army Air Base in San Antonio, Texas, where she transported officers from one base to another. She briefly discusses her experiences after the WASP was disbanded. After trying a civilian position, she joined the Red Cross near the end of the war and was sent to an air base in Puerto Rico.
