El despliegue y concentración del modelo de prestación y atención sanitaria en territorios sociales de Bogotá, muestra la necesidad urgente de abogar por una participación social y política más incluyente, con un ejercicio pleno de derechos en salud de toda la población residente en localidades vulnerables de la ciudad. Con esta obra, pretendemos que el lector comprenda las complejidades para abordar categorías como “Justicia social y Equidad sanitaria” en nuestro sistema de salud colombiano a partir de reconocer voces sociales; comprensión que permitirá construir y redefinir políticas públicas sanitarias determinando ajustes estructurales al modelo de atención sanitaria local.
