La communication en situation de crise
Cette recherche doctorale est positionnée dans une perspective organisationnelle, elle se focalise plus particulièrement sur deux types de stratégies de communication de crise: la stratégie émotionnelle (affective ou orientée vers l'émotion) et la stratégie de communication rationnelle (factuelle ou orientée vers les faits). Cette recherche a pour objectif premier de comprendre l'interrogation suivante: "En situation de crise et pour préserver l'image organisationnelle, quels sont les facteurs qui déterminent le choix de l'orientation de la communication vers l'émotion ou vers les faits?". Pour comprendre le choix de l'une ou l'autre de ces deux stratégies de communication, la méthodologie de recherche employée étant la méthode des scénarios afin de remédier à la difficulté d'accéder aux entreprises au moment de la crise et aux problèmes de rétention de l'information. Le secteur aéronautique a été sélectionné pour opérationnaliser les différentes propositions de recherche.
