Estos resultados desentrañan las complejidades de la gestión del tiempo en un mundo en constante cambio, y el impacto de las actividades de ocio en el bienestar psicológico; así como los apoyos sociales con los que cuentan, los condicionantes culturales, los desafíos de la COVID-19, el desempleo y el acceso a la vivienda. Todo ello, para comprender en profundidad cómo el tiempo moldea la vida de las personas jóvenes. El presente manual, fruto del proyecto de innovación educativa (PID) que tiene como título Herramientas para mejorar la orientación y tutorización de los Trabajos Fin de Máster (META-TFM), y en el cual participan 33 investigadores de diversas universidades españolas, está orientado a facilitar herramientas para mejorar la orientación y tutorización de los Trabajos Fin de Título (TFT).
