This book is especially dedicated to readers all over the world who respect the laws of nature and pursue a free life. With the authoritative interpretations of Zhuangzi’s commentators in the past dynasties for reference, especially Guo Xiang's Notes on Zhuangzi and Cheng Xuanying's Notes on Zhuangzi, this book explains the original text of 33 chapters of Zhuangzi one by one, hence the name Notes on Zhuangzi. As a lecture course reader, this book analyzes the subtle structure of Zhuangzi in general, deeply studies the ideological theme of each chapter of Zhuangzi and restores the context of the fable text of Zhuangzi in detail, so as to help readers follow the original text of Zhuangzi to enter Zhuang Zi’s illusory world. This book follows the structure of inner chapters, outer chapters, and miscellaneous chapters in the popular edition of Zhuangzi, and is divided into three volumes.
Challenges and Current Research Status of Vertigo/Vestibular Diseases
Vertigo or vestibular disorders have become a common handicap across the globe, which poses a great burden on health care resources. Vertigo is not a disease entity per se, but rather a leading symptom of many etiologically different diseases. These conditions include dysfunction of the vestibular system, both peripheral (inner ear, vestibular nerve) and central (brainstem, cerebellum), functional dizziness, and diseases of other causes, including blood pressure regulation disorders, such as orthostatic dizziness, and adverse drug reactions. Previous studies demonstrated that vestibular disorders might be a modifiable condition and a possible target for secondary prevention of cognitive impairment due to aging, dementia, social isolation, late-life depression, frailty, and increased risk of mortality.
Recent Advances in Computer Science and Information Engineering

Vertigo/Vestibular Disorders and Cognitive Impairment in the Elderly
Dizziness and vertigo are common symptoms in older people and affect their health and quality of life. Meantime, dizziness, and vertigo can increase the risk of falls by affecting balance and gait. Previous studies have shown that falls are one of the major problems in the elderly and are considered one of the "geriatric giants" (mobility, falls, continuity, and improved intelligence/memory), leading to a significant contribution of mobility. In addition, dizziness has also been correlated with cognitive dysfunction. Patients often complain of mental fogginess and difficulties with memory and attention. Bigelow et al. (2016) found that patients with vestibular disorders had a four-fold increase in cognitive impairment, with 12% reporting activity limitation due to memory problems or confusion.
