This compendium is intended to be the first updated review of most of the clinical situations that cancer patients may present. It identifies the clinical picture and the therapeutic orientation, with the degrees of recommendation and evidence, as well as the direct bibliographic reference for each statement. We took a multidisciplinary approach, with the collaboration of 261 authors from 9 countries, 45 hospitals and 19 medical and non-medical specialties. This compendium (IOC 2022) is the result of the effort and innovative spirit of its authors, will be updated every two years. The first international edition of cancer care support based on real world evidence (RWE) contains all the latest news in cancer care support treatment and assigns levels of evidence and grades of recommendation so that the reader can obtain a quick impression and certainty of each of the treatments and strategies presented. The GRADE and OXFORD scales have been used for the levels of evidence.

Conflicts between different racial, ethnic, national and other social groups are becoming more and more salient. One of the main sources of these internal conflicts is social and economic inequality, in particular the increasing disparities between majority and minority groups. Even societies that had been successful in dealing with external conflicts and making the transition from war to peace have realized that this does not automatically resolve internal conflicts. On the contrary, the resolution of external conflicts may even sharpen the internal ones. This collection examines the learning and teaching of minority languages for adult migrants in Europe, with studies featuring perspectives from adult migrants themselves as well as local authorities, teachers, education planners and representatives from working life. The volume provides context on the attitudes and ideologies which inform adult migrant language education in different minority languages in Europe. Adult migrant language learners are understood here as newcomers settling and living in regions where the minority language is politically acknowledged and societally significant.
