A revista Conhecer: Debate entre o Público e o Privado é uma publicação semestral (Janeiro e Agosto), de acesso aberto, gratuita para autores e leitores, concebida e editada pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Políticas Públicas da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE). Como periódico de caráter interdisciplinar, Conhecer: Debate entre o Público e o Privado tem por objetivo divulgar pesquisas inéditas, por meio de artigos de professores, pesquisadores, profissionais e estudantes, desenvolvidas em âmbito de graduação e pós-graduação no Brasil e no exterior, com foco na área de Planejamento e Políticas Públicas.

O livro, escrito pela campossalense Rosimeire Freitas, narra a história de Campos Sales, cidade localizada no interior do estado do Ceará. A autora lembra fatos, curiosidades, feitos, causos... Discorre contando as curiosidades, as lendas, lembra as personagens marcantes de uma história ainda em construção. É um livro também repleto de saudade, pois os leitores, ao se debruçarem na leitura, vão entrar em contato com a história não só de uma cidade, mas também de sua infância, fazendo emergir os melhores momentos de uma vida.
The Zebrafish
The zebrafish (Danio rerio) is a valuable and common model for researchers working in the fields of genetics, oncology and developmental sciences. This full-color atlas will aid experimental design and interpretation in these areas by providing a fundamental understanding of zebrafish anatomy. Over 150 photomicrographs are included and can be used for direct comparison with histological slides, allowing quick and accurate identification of the anatomic structures of interest. Hematoxylin and eosin stained longitudinal and transverse sections demonstrate gross anatomic relationships and illustrate the microscopic anatomy of major organs. Unlike much of the current literature, this book is focused exclusively on the zebrafish, eliminating the need for researchers to exclude structures that are only found in other fish.
