ICILS 2020
This book reflects and intimate discusses various topics and issues concerning to legal studies and its development in Indonesia and Global perspective. This book is dedicated to all legal practitioners and scholars around the world that have been presented their best works and ideas in the 3rd ICILS International Conference, 2020, held by Faculty of Law Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia in July 2020 by Online Conference System. The 66 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 105 submission. The paper reflects the conference sessions as follow: Law and Technology, Private and Commercial Law, Law and Politics, Public Law, Comparative Law, and other related issues on legal development, including Law Tech and Human Behavior. The 3rd ICILS International Conference 2020 also co-hosted by Jayabaya University, Jakarta and University of Muhammadiyah Malang.

Buku berjudul “Hukum Kontrak” ini mengetengahkan berbagai materi terkait Ruang lingkup hukum kontrak, Asas-asas hukum kontrak, Kontrak notaril dan kontrak bawah tangan, Tahapan Penyusunan kontrak, Sistematika kontrak, Keabsahan suatu kontrak, Anatomi Perjanjian Jual Beli, Mengulas Perjanjian Kredit, Pilihan hukum dan Penyelesaian hukum kontrak, Kesepakatan dalam E-Commerce, dan Berakhirnya kontrak.
Hukum Pertambangan: Pengelolaan Sumur Idle di Indonesia (Perspektif Kontrak Kerjasama Migas)
Penawaran dan pemilihan skema pengelolaan kerjasama pada pengelolaan sumur tua masih menggunakan regulasi lama yaitu dengan skema KSO. Peluang pelaksanaan dengan jenis Kerjasama lain hanya bisa dilakukan jika regulasi berubah. Pihak KKKS belum bisa mengubah skema kerjasama untuk sementara ini, namun jika peluang perubahan regulasi segera diberlakukan, maka peluang perubahan menjadi lebih besar. Penggunaan gross split production sharing contract untuk mengelola sumur-sumur migas tua dan serta sumur idle perspektif sumur tua sesungguhnya dapat digunakan, berkaitan dengan teknis kerjasamanya yang masih harus diformulasikan kembali. Sumur idle perspektif sumur yang masih tidak difungsikan KKKS masih belum ada regulasi khusus yang mengaturnya, sehingga sulit untuk implementasinya. Peluang untuk mitra Kerjasama diluar BUMD dan KUD belum dimungkinkan. Hendaknya pemerintah dapat segera mengatur tentang pengelolaan sumur tua serta sumur idle agar tidak membuat munculnya ketidakpastian hukum.
