Currículo e multiculturalismo: reflexões para a formação de educadores
Este artigo é resultado da pesquisa docente vinculadaao Programa de Pós-Graduação - Mestradoem Educação - UCDB. Tem como objetivo compreendera reflexão dos professores e professorasda educação básica sobre o currículo escolar e, apartir dos resultados, fazer algumas ponderaçõessobre a necessidade da formação multicultural. Inicialmente apresentamos uma abordagem sobrea reflexão do docente e destacamos as diferentesabordagens acerca do currículo escolar ao longoda história da educação. Em seguida caracterizamosa reflexão dos educadores em relação aocurrículo e finalizamos enfatizando a necessidadeda formação multicultural. Palavras-chave: Currículo; formação; reflexão.
