Then last twenty three pages explaining how to make different rice and chapattis In the book, I expressed basic spices and herbs needed in a house kitchen, then the preparation and cooking of starters, curries, different rice and chapattis. It has one hundred pages with pictures. . I have been head chef for 25yrs in few well known Indian Restaurants. My experience and people's demand for this type of book and my ambition to expand the knowledge made me write this book.
