Este livro reúne textos sobre filosofia contemporânea do Direito e temas conexos, dividindo os trabalhos em duas linhas: a primeira dedicada ao “pragmatismo, evolucionismo e análise econômica do direito”, e a segunda explorando temas de “liberalismo, justiça e as teorias do Estado e do Direito”. The Atlantic Forest
The Atlantic Forest is one of the 36 hotspots for biodiversity conservation worldwide.
