Vem de longa data a relação de caça e caçador vivida por contribuinte e fisco. Nesta obra o autor traz à luz, as formas de fiscalização sobre o patrimônio em sua versão digital. Apesar da evolução do fisco e na mudança radical em sua forma de operar, mantém-se ainda o pseudo domínio sobre o contribuinte, utilizando o termo “Leão”, simbologia criada pela Receita Federal em 1980 visando ganhar mais respeito do contribuinte. Assim, o fisco (Leão), sempre utilizando a estratégia de vigiar a todos e de perseguir, acuar e atacar a caça, aquele contribuinte que não cumpre suas obrigações fiscais e em algum momento, por erro involuntário ou por dolo, deixa de recolher o imposto devido. Ciente dessa assustadora diferença de forças, o autor apresenta neste livro os meios e recursos que o fisco utiliza para chegar até o contribuinte, bem como expõe as formas e estratégias para o contribuinte reduzir legalmente sua carga tributária.
