La tecnologia ha, definitivamente, radicato il suo impatto pervasivo su tutti gli aspetti della nostra vita e, fra questi, il diritto ed i rapporti, umani, commerciali e sociali, che il diritto è chiamato a regolare per non esserne travolto. L’inesorabile direzione tracciata dallo sviluppo tecnologico, infatti, solleva quesiti nuovi cui risulta sempre più difficile offrire risposte soddisfacenti, tanto sotto il profilo della regolamentazione, quanto di interpretazione dell’esistente sulla base dei consolidati canoni ermeneutici. In questo scenario, il presente Volume si propone di analizzare i rapporti fra tecnologia e diritto in alcune delle relative aree di contatto più significative e meno esplorate. Sono approfonditi, per questa via, i rapporti fra tecnologia e diritto, nelle sue sfaccettature civili, commerciali, amministrative, laburistiche e penali.
