En 1994 la autonomía y autarquía de las universidades nacionales fue incorporada a la Constitución Nacional. Sin embargo, a pesar de este reconocimiento constitucional, el debate sobre la interpretación de la autonomía universitaria continuó abierto y, en la actualidad, continúa activo. ¿Qué cuestiones se ponen en discusión al debatir el alcance de la autonomía y autarquía universitaria? La hipótesis central que se propone en estas páginas es que la reforma constitucional de 1994 refleja el resultado de una larga lucha por la interpretación amplia de la autonomía universitaria, que se basa en el modelo reformista de universidad.

Forest Pest and Disease Management in Latin America
