Sin embargo, a pesar de este reconocimiento constitucional, el debate sobre la interpretación de la autonomía universitaria continuó abierto y, en la actualidad, continúa activo. ¿Qué cuestiones se ponen en discusión al debatir el alcance de la autonomía y autarquía universitaria? La hipótesis central que se propone en estas páginas es que la reforma constitucional de 1994 refleja el resultado de una larga lucha por la interpretación amplia de la autonomía universitaria, que se basa en el modelo reformista de universidad.

The growth of institutional capacity in the developing world has become a central theme in twenty-first-century social science. Many studies have shown that public institutions are an important determinant of long-run rates of economic growth. Holten was artist in residence at Buro BDP. While working on the book she created an alphabet and used it to make a new typeface called Trees.
