Pedagogika International Conference on Educational Innovation (PICEI) is an international conference held by the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This conference took place at Damhil Hotel, Gorontalo, Indonesia, on 15 September 2022. The conference covers six disciplines in the Faculty of Education which are Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Non-formal Education, Guidance and Counselling, Educational Management, and Psychology. The theme of the conference is “Building Resilience in Education in the Time of New Normal”. This conference activity is designed for stakeholders, practitioners, and students in the educational environment. In its implementation, scientific conferences collaborate with 10 (ten) universities and ISMAPI as the co-host with 25 articles published in this proceedings.
This is an open access book. Internationalization is one aspect of becoming qualified in this globalization era, especially for higher education levels. In this particular era when everyone is locked down due to Covid 19 Virus, the academic activity must still run. It is correlated with vision of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya as an international standard university so that it can compete with universities at national or international level. During Pandemy, many obstacles occur then it is also led with many opportunities.

Penguatan Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila Berbasis Integratif Moral dalam Kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Di Sekolah Dasar” telah dapat diselesaikan. Pendidikan karakter yang dikonstruksi di sekolah masih membutuhkan penguatan di tingkatan sekolah dasar sebagai pondasi penanaman pendidikan karakter. Sehingga model penguatan pendidikan karakter bisa dikembangkan dalam di proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar adalah model yang bisa menyatukan moral culture, habitus, action, sinverbal, feeling dan knowing sebagai kesatuan yang integratif, bukan hanya dikonstruksi oleh guru, namun secara kolektif dikonstruksi oleh semua tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di suatu sekolah.
