Aborda el aprendizaje invertido como modelo pedagógico que contribuye a la optimización y actualización del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se realiza una aproximación teórica y práctica del tema, desde la importancia de las metodologías activas hasta la proyección del flipped learning y las herramientas digitales de apoyo para su desarrollo. También se presentan experiencias de aprendizaje invertido combinado con la gamificación, la Educación 4.0, el proyecto STEAM y el diseño universal del aprendizaje.
