Belajar merupakan usaha seseorang untuk membangun pengetahuan dalam dirinya. Dalam proses belajar terjadi perubahan atau peningkatan dari segi kemampuan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa baik dari segi kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotor. Pendidikan harus diupayakan dengan sebaik-baiknya di semua jenjang termasuk pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar.
