A new optimization model is presented for the short-term management of the energy supply and demand in smart grids. The detailed model includes a flexible demand profile in order to manage the energy requirements by incorporating penalizations in the economic objective function for delays in satisfying energy demand. The MILP model for the optimization of deterministic scenarios is reformulated in order to incorporate discrete and hybrid time representations. This approach allows considering a different granularity of the problem. Finally, the improved performance of the hybrid approach introduced is shown by comparing the performance of these two time representations.
Integration of a Job Completion Accounting System in a HPC Environment by Extending a Workload Manager
Taking a production supercomputer as a starting point (MareNostrumIII), the aim of this thesis has been to design and implement a solution to gather and analyze historical data about finished jobs in different HPC environments by extending the Slurm workload manager functionalities.
Palaeohispanic Languages and Epigraphies
In addition to Phoenician, Greek, and Latin, at least four writing systems were used between the fifth century BCE and the first century CE to write the indigenous languages of the Iberian peninsula (the so-called Palaeohispanic languages): Tartessian, Iberian, Celtiberian, and Lusitanian. In total over three thousand inscriptions are preserved in what is certainly the largest corpus of epigraphic expression in the western Mediterranean world, with the exception of the Italian peninsula. EDICIÓN EN DVD. La Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado fue suprimida por Real Decreto 139/2020, de 28 de enero, por el que se establece la estructura orgánica básica de los departamentos ministeriales (artículo 2.2), siendo el órgano directivo que asume sus funciones la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública. El Anuario del año 2019, que ahora se publica, presenta una división más racional para facilitar el uso y la consulta de sus contenidos y al mismo tiempo aprovechar las ventajas que nos ofrece la tecnología. La obra se presenta en tres grandes apartados. El apartado primero recoge las resoluciones relacionadas con la Subdirección General del Notariado y de los Registros. El apartado segundo está integrado por las resoluciones y consultas emitidas por la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado en relación con las materias de Nacionalidad y Estado Civil.
