Synthese fluoreszierender Glycosphingolipide für biophysikalische Untersuchungen
Glycolipide stellen einen wesentlichen Bestandteil der Zellmembran von Säugetieren dar. Insbesondere Glycosphingolipide spielen eine wichtige Rolle in einer Vielzahl (patho)physiologischer Prozesse und sind darüber hinaus entscheidend an der Organisation der Membran beteiligt. Palladium-katalysierte Kreuzkupplungs-Reaktionen zum Aufbau von C-Disacchariden und Studien zur intramolekularen Oxycyanierungs-Reaktion ungesättigter Systeme
Die vorliegende Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit zwei großen Themenkomplexen. Einerseits wird eine Palladium-katalysierte Route zur Synthese von C-Disacchariden vorgestellt, die geeignet ist, um stereoselektiv C-glycosidische Bindungen in komplexe Oligosaccharide zu integrieren. Andererseits wird die Beobachtung einer neuen Reaktivität von Cyanaten diskutiert. Am Beispiel der intramolekularen Oxycyanierung ungesättigter Systeme wird die Aktivierung einer O-CN-Bindung vorgestellt.
