Poucas temáticas são mais atuais e polêmicas do que a das demandas repetitivas. Embora sejam tratadas há mais de 30 anos no direito positivo brasileiro, desde o advento do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, com a criação das ações coletivas para a tutela de direitos individuais homogêneos, art. 91 e seguintes, c.c. art. 81, inciso III do parágrafo único, todos do CDC –, as quais complementaram a tríade dos direitos coletivos no Brasil, ao lado dos direitos difusos e coletivos lato sensu, cuja tutela foi inaugurada com a ação civil pública –, passaram a ter um tratamento concorrente em grande parte dos aspectos processuais relevantes, e também preferencial, por meio da criação dos assim denominados precedentes judiciais obrigatórios relativos a julgamento de casos repetitivos, quais sejam, incidente de resolução de demandas repetitivas, recurso especial e extraordinário repetitivos, art. 928, c.c. art. 927, inciso III, ambos do CPC.
Quadrature RC−Oscillators
This book presents a tutorial review of van der Pol model, a universal oscillator model for the analysis of modern RC−oscillators in weak and strong nonlinear regimes. A detailed analysis of the injection locking in van der Pol oscillators is also presented. The relation between the van der Pol parameters and several circuit implementations in CMOS nanotechnology is given, showing that this theory is very useful in the optimization of oscillator key parameters, such as: frequency, amplitude and phase relationship.
