Abstract: Background Small inter- and intrafractional prostate motion was shown to be a prerequisite for precise radiotherapy (RT) of prostate cancer (PCa) to achieve good local control and low rectal toxicity. Objective To develop and validate a nomogram for prediction of freedom from biochemical failure (FFBF) after PSMA-PET-based sRT.
