Il volume costituisce la raccolta selezionata degli scritti di alcuni dei partecipanti all’edizione speciale del Corso di Alta formazione in Giustizia costituzionale e tutela giurisdizionale “Alessandro Pizzorusso” svoltosi presso l’Università di Pisa, per la prima volta telematicamente, dal 11 al 22 gennaio 2021.
