A Academia Brasileira de Direito do Trabalho brinda a comunidade jurídica com mais uma de suas Revistas, cuja qualidade técnica é reconhecida pelos operadores do Direito. A jurisdição constitucional e os direitos fundamentais nas relações privadas: questões contemporâneas
“Estudar a influência que as normas constitucionais exercem sobre as relações privadas e, ainda, do ponto de vista das decisões proferidas pela jurisdição constitucional, é, sem dúvida, realizar a abordagem de uma temática tão ampla quanto atual. Esta tarefa foi enfrentada pelos autores que compõem a publicação, todos vinculados a programas de Mestrado e Doutorado, de diferentes instituições de ensino do País e de Angola. Nesse sentido, considerando a amplitude das relações que se inserem dentro do grande tema ‘Jurisdição Constitucional e Direitos Fundamentais nas Relações Privadas’, os capítulos que conformam a presente obra tratam de questões contemporâneas, atinentes aos direitos fundamentais, que vão desde o direito à saúde, à vida, à dignidade, incluindo a relação entre direito e moral, poderes privados e democracia. Collaborative Networks in the Internet of Services

Richard Tregaskis
In the late summer of 1942, more than ten thousand members of the First Marine Division held a tenuous toehold on the Pacific island of Guadalcanal. As American marines battled Japanese forces for control of the island, they were joined by war correspondent Richard Tregaskis. Tregaskis was one of only two civilian reporters to land and stay with the marines, and in his notebook he captured the daily and nightly terrors faced by American forces in one of World War II's most legendary battles--and it served as the premise for his bestselling book, Guadalcanal Diary. One of the most distinguished combat reporters to cover World War II, Tregaskis later reported on Cold War conflicts in Korea and Vietnam.
