Most of the artistic projects were specially commissioned for the 32nd São Paulo Biennial. Esta obra tem como principal objeto a terceirização nas relações de trabalho, avaliando-a como fenômeno do contexto contemporâneo, com a consolidação do ultraliberalismo e a dilapidação do sistema protetivo do Welfare State. O livro se propõe a apresentar uma visão distinta da tradicionalmente adotada pelos autores clássicos do Direito do Trabalho. Ao invés de se limitar à análise dogmática de enunciados normativos sobre o tema, busca contextualizá-lo historicamente e politicamente. Aqui, o fenômeno da terceirização é analisado sob uma perspectiva crítica e multidisciplinar, para demonstrar que o fenômeno se insere no contexto da dualização do assalariado, como ferramenta de implosão das relações individuais de trabalho e desmantelamento sindical. A obra traz ainda proposições para enfrentamento da problemática representada pela terceirização: a reafirmação da luta coletiva como ferramenta de empoderamento da classe trabalhadora; e a adoção de uma hermenêutica estruturante, baseada nos princípios da proteção e da vedação ao retrocesso social.
